Amper is hiring a Business Development Representative to accelerate the adoption of our industrial monitoring products. We partner with manufacturing companies to increase productivity, reduce downtime and drive revenue.

In addition to prospecting for opportunities, we are looking for someone capable of helping us grow our sales organization. As an early-stage startup, creative problem solving will be essential to this role; no scripts, unless you are into that.

What you'll do:

  • Get trained on tools and skills to become highly effective and efficient in sales
  • Source and qualify opportunities in various manufacturing verticals
  • Build the pipeline through targeted email campaigns, cold calling and anything else you bring to the table
  • Identify decision makers and establish meetings
  • Contribute ideas to help improve Amper's marketing and distribution strategy
